Stayfit is an attempt to fill this gap between transient motivation and the time it takes to get into a proper habit for the participant
By using incentivisation and communal participation as the premise of the interaction. Friends can challenge each other with a variety of exercises loaded with the date of the event and a price(in actual money). If both participants perform the exercise, no one pays, however if one fails to perform they pay the other participant. It targets individuals who are serious about adapting to a fitter lifestyle.
The interface consists of metrics to keep track of a participant’s performance and community, navigating and tracking challenges and assistive elements like posting training videos
